Interjection ( আবেগসূচক

অব্যয় ) : যে Word দ্বারা দুঃখ, আনন্দ, ঘৃণা, ভয় প্রভৃতি মনের আবেগ প্রকাশ করে তাকে Interjection বলে ।
যেমন : 

• Alas ! The man is dead.
• Hurrah ! We have won the match.
• Oh ! you tell a lie.
• Hush ! The baby is sleeping.
